Question 1

What is AI Watchdog?

Accepted Answer

AI Watchdog is the QA and audit layer for customer-facing AI agents. It observes prompt-and-response pairs, scores them against your rulebook, and records findings before an off-brand, unsupported, or out-of-policy answer becomes a customer or regulatory problem.

Question 2

Who is the healthcare pilot for?

Accepted Answer

The pilot is for healthcare providers, digital-health teams, and patient-service operators with one live or near-live customer-service AI workflow in chat, voice, intake, or support. It is designed for CX, operations, clinical, privacy, product, and legal stakeholders who need one evidence trail.

Question 3

What does AI Watchdog audit?

Accepted Answer

AI Watchdog audits unsupported claims, disallowed medical claims, brand-voice drift, PII spill, escalation behaviour, and regulatory gates. Your team can add custom rules so the audit reflects your approved sources, policies, and risk appetite.

Question 4

How do scoring and severity work?

Accepted Answer

Each turn is scored against the configured rulebook and produces a finding when it breaks a rule. Severity reflects the likely patient, customer, operational, or regulatory impact and helps the team prioritise remediation rather than sort through undifferentiated alerts.

Question 5

Which regulations does AI Watchdog map to?

Accepted Answer

AI Watchdog provides rulebook gate sets for the EU AI Act, including Article 50 transparency requirements, Colorado SB 24-205 (the Colorado AI Act), and New York City Local Law 144. The rulebook supports operational readiness and evidence collection; it does not replace advice from legal, clinical, or privacy counsel.

Question 6

What happens during the 30-day pilot?

Accepted Answer

Week one establishes the workflow boundary, approved sources, prohibited claims, and escalation rules. Weeks two and three score agreed prompt-response samples or a read-only feed. Week four delivers a severity-ranked findings pack, recurring patterns, remediation priorities, and a next-step recommendation.

Question 7

What does the paid pilot cost?

Accepted Answer

The 30-day healthcare AI paid pilot is $812.50 per month for the first six months, which is 50% below the $1,625 per month continuation rate. Both prices are billed monthly; continuation scope is reviewed after month six. The starting boundary is one customer-service AI workflow.

Question 8

How do I discuss a pilot?

Accepted Answer

Use the Discuss the 30-day pilot form to share the workflow, channels, and launch window. AI Watchdog will confirm fit and the evidence boundary before technical work begins. The pilot is read-only and does not replace your model or clinical, privacy, or legal governance.
